I respect and am committed to protecting your privacy. 
That is why I have adopted these Privacy Terms.
 
This Privacy Policy lets you know how your personal 
information is processed and used. I promise that I
will take the steps to use your personal information only 
in ways that are compatible with this Privacy Policy. 
The following policies are only in effect for my Web pages 
and my double opt-in subscription lists.  

Double opt-in means that you need to verify your desire
to receive my Free Mini Course by way of clicking on
a link contained in an e-mail you receive from me
immediately after signing up for my free course on my
web site.

That link does nothing more than to register you with
my shopping cart delivery system and assigns your
name and e-mail address a unique registration code
so that your course can be delivered via my secure
delivery system in a spam free manner.

The following discloses my Privacy Policy Terms. 

Every computer connected to the Internet is given a set of 
numbers that serve as that computer's "Internet Protocol" 
or IP address. When a visitor requests a page from any 
Web site within my family of websites,  my Web servers 
automatically recognize that visitor's IP address. The IP 
address reveals nothing personal about you other than the 
IP address from where you have accessed my site. I use this 
information merely to examine web traffic in aggregate.

From time to time, as a result of using Google to display my 
Ads, Google may send a "cookie" to your computer. A cookie is 
a small piece of data that is sent to your browser from a Web 
server and stored on your computer's hard drive. A cookie 
can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created 
by other Web sites. Cookies do not damage your system. 
I use Google's cookies only to analyse the raw data of which 
pages in my web site have been visited so the next time you visit,
those pages may be more readily accessible. You can choose 
whether to accept cookies by changing the settings of your browser. 
You can reset your browser to refuse all cookies, or allow your
browser to show you when a cookie is being sent.  If you choose
not to accept these cookies, your experience at my Site and other 
Web sites may be diminished and some features may not work 
as intended. 

I may also request your e-mail address or mailing address for the 
purposes of conducting a survey or to provide additional services 
such as:  subscriptions to e-mail newsletters, announcement lists or 
informational promotions.  I maintain a strict "No-Spam" policy that 
means that I do not ever intend to sell, rent, or otherwise give your 
e-mail address to a third-party without your express consent. 

If you purchase something from my family of web sites, I request 
your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number and 
expiration date. This allows my secure order service to process and 
fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status. 

This information may also be used by me to notify you of related products 
and services. Credit card and e-mail information will not be shared or 
sold to third parties for any purpose without your express permission. 

I use use a shopping cart feature that safeguards this information 
by using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted servers. 
SSL codes the information transferred between you and the server, 
rendering it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the information. 

I never disclose personal information and/or an IP address when 
required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to: 

1) Identify persons who may be violating the law and Web site 
User Agreement or the rights of third parties.

2) Cooperate with the investigations of purported unlawful activities. 

Your Consent To This Agreement:  By using my Web sites, you consent 
to the collection and use of information by K. Sakari Heikkila as specified above. 
If I decide to change my privacy policy, I will post those changes on this 
page so that you are always aware of what information I collect, how I use it, 
and under what circumstances I disclose it.  

My site’s registration form requires users to give me contact information 
(like name and e-mail address).  I use customer contact information from 
the registration form to send the user my information about my products 
and services. The customer’s contact information is also used to contact 
the visitor when necessary. 

Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings.

PRIVACY POLICY: 

I maintain strict confidentiality for any concert artist who follows my method 
as I do with all my followers.

How and why a player wishes to improve is quite simply "their" business so 
I never reveal any private information to the public.  

Additionally,

I am dedicated to keeping the information you submit to me secure and private. 
 I accept Major Credit Card payments and provide you with the safety and 
comfort you demand when ordering on the Internet.

I offer you the advantage of placing your order online using secure servers 
and encryption.  Your purchase, credit card information and personal data 
are encrypted and secured through a through a link to a commerce server. 
During the completion of your order, you will be linked from my web
page to customized screens on a secure server.  Your information is encrypted 
during its trip across the Internet to prohibit viewing by a third party.

I will never rent, sell, loan, provide, barter, exchange or in any way make 
available your personal information to others.  You can unsubscribe or change 
your e-mail address at any time using the links at the bottom of e-mails that
you receive from me when you either subscribe to my Free Mini Course 
or purchase any of my Full Lesson Series.

You may not, except with my express written permission, distribute or 
commercially exploit my web site(s) content, lessons or newsletters.  
Nor may you transmit them, store them or offer them for distribution, for 
free or otherwise in any other website or other form of electronic retrieval system.
